Needs Analysis

Odoo - First Contact

After we know what you are looking for and your problems Odoo is going to solve, we give you a all standard detailed demonstration, that shows you how strong business operations in Odoo are and how much more it has to add to your business that you didn't know was possible with your existing tools. This step is also crucial as it gives us the high level GAPs and we discuss alternative ways to achieve the same in Odoo standard, thus saving you time and money for the implementation.

Scope Definition

After the demonstration is complete, and you have seen the strengths of Odoo and its features, we set a scope definition, in which we determine which apps and business processes are you going to implement and in how many phases along with time-line and cost of total project/phases. We also establish which GAPs are going to be tailored for you with customizations and which integrations will be done to get your business to new heights.

We also set the Project Manager and Lead Consultant on our side, and point of contact and coordinator at yours.

Business Analysis

Then we sit to determine how you run your business and what are the SOPs your follow. We sit with your subject matter experts (SMEs) or Department heads and finalize how it all happens in your business' real life.

Design

The GAPs, integrations and Process reviews are then studied together to design a robust, scalable and easy-to-use solution. The solution, including development items is shared with you along with wireframes where needed. Your feedback is used to further optimize the functional and solution design.

Development

We start developing the solution and write many lines of code that will make your life easier. Development. Quality Assurance, Unit Testing, Functional Review and Integrated Testing is done to ensure quality of customization.

CRP

Few CRP sessions ( depending on scope and complexity of project ) are done to get approval from your team, that GAPs are covered as determined and solution is fit for use.

User Acceptance Training

We provide extensive training on how to use the new system. Test scripts are written based on all functionalities available and your team performs extensive testing of the product before rollout.

Go-live

We communicate the Go-Live date, get the required data and opening balances, ready the production instance for you and we are live.

Early Release Support

With new implementation or any major upgrade, our team provides you ERS, in which the functional experts are available during your work hours for total support.

Post Go-Live Support & Maintenance

After you are live and working with your new system, AEMOS provides you with support and maintenance, as per SLA signed, to keep your system running smoothly and tackle any hiccups you might face.

> The First Timer - You implementation partner's expertise were not great, but project is started and you make endless customizations and ah well its been 12 Months and we are still no where near to go live. 

The CPR

After diagnosis, we quickly get to work and release fix patches, train employees, help with back date entries, remove all red screens that keep popping up, streamline what is functioning and remove the bad & non-functioning parts from the system. Finally, you system breaths again.

Prescription

After stabilizing the system, we explain to you the things we figured out aren't right and what is the solution for that. It could be rebuilding apps, fixing code, training your employees, or in worst case, reimplementation of whole system again or partially of some business processes.

After that, if you choose to move ahead with us, then its an "expansion project" for us as mentioned below or a new implementation as mentioned above.

Integrated Demo and Testing

We stage your production environment on an instance and after updating our code, demonstrate the working. After a successful demonstration, your users can test the solution themselves, and give a green light for merging the code to your production instance.

Warranty and Support

We give 45 days warranty for everything we developed. If any bug is found or functionality malfunctions, we fix it on urgent basis and for free. After the warranty has expired, we are available for support and maintenance of your Odoo as per signed SLA.
